How It Started
Alejandro Recruiting, based in Juno Beach, Florida, came to Local Social looking for more than just a website. As a growing staffing and recruiting agency, they needed a system that could attract both employers and job seekers while automating much of the recruiting process behind the scenes.
Their previous website acted primarily as an online brochure. It wasn't designed to manage candidates, route leads, synchronize job listings, or support the day-to-day operations of a modern recruiting agency.
Our goal was to build a complete recruiting platform that could function as both a lead generation tool and an operational system for managing candidates and employers.

Unlike a traditional website, this project was developed as a custom recruiting ecosystem built around the Loxo API.
