As an Agency owner, I've been using various Google services for well over a decade. Google used to be a great company to deal with, but over the years, I've noticed a slow decline in their services and support in favour of data gathering. For example - I get Google Ads reps calling me every month trying to get me to implement features that we intentionally do not want to use. Of course, if we used the recommended features it would pad Google's bottom line. I recently tried to verify a new service we setup on behalf of a customer and I was instructed to verify the service using a code that had been sent to the YouTube Mobile App. I have Google Authenticator. Why do I need to install YouTube to get a verification code? I was asked to install Google Meet to verify a Google Business Account. What happened to verification by phone or mail? Why do I need to install Google Meet on my phone to verify? It all comes across as self serving. Their recommendations are presented as if they want to help you, but ultimately I get the feeling they are serving themselves, more than their customers. I have lost complete trust in Google. I would completely abandon Google if there was an effective alternative. I believe part of the problem is they have a monopoly, and they are using it to their benefit.

STOP UPHOLDING FAKE REVIEWS! Also what is the point in having the ability to flag a pic that is completely unrelated to a business if if your just going to leave it up anyway? Clearly google is anti small business. So if someone leaves a bad review of a non internet non shipping business 2500 miles away from that business. Why is it ok with google for someone to make such a clearly fake review?

I have a business profile that was suspended when I typed in a business location and hit the update button to see how it looked and was immediately suspended - that was 3 weeks ago - I followed the instructions and sent in a request form - waited the 3 days and then sent a reply to the email - no reply back. I have sent more emails and nothing. I have called various customer service numbers - last week got a guy and he told me someone would call me back waited a few hours got the same guy again and he said they will call in 24 hours - never called. Today I got a person again finally and he told me he didn't know what I was talking about and said I would have to pay for any help he gave me. This suspended affects my company - I am a small business and really need this fixed. I am very unhappy with this situation - can someone from google respond to me and help with this situation????????

Google is no more. How watch and see. There location is in the ocean. Underwater. Gone. There internet gone. New coming and they won't be on it. New phone without them on it. Head guy will off its self for what is coming can't stop it. Keeping truth social off playstore is your last nail in coffin My next phone will be on new internet and Google can't be on it. Same with meta/Facebook

Google continues to make it increasingly difficult to get ahold of support for any reason. Their own products fail, and they don't hold themselves to the same standards they expect businesses listed on their platform to perform at. 72 BILLION dollars of profit, and they can't manage to hire actual human beings to provide support for their own products. Disgraceful, no personal accountability, I wish ill will on all of their execs.
