Local Social Marketing LLC provides digital marketing, web design, video production, branding, advertising, and related creative services as outlined in written agreements, proposals, invoices, or scopes of work. All services are delivered according to the agreed timeline, scope, and availability of required materials.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to locations, platforms, accounts, or materials necessary to complete services. Delays caused by missing information, unavailability, or lack of access may impact delivery timelines.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are final once work has begun. This includes strategy, planning, design, development, filming, editing, advertising setup, and consulting time.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation requests received fewer than 14 days before a scheduled service, shoot, or campaign start date may not be eligible for a refund. Ongoing services may be subject to minimum commitment periods as outlined in individual agreements.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All creative materials, concepts, drafts, templates, source files, raw footage, and working files remain the property of Local Social Marketing LLC until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client for their intended business use. Local Social Marketing LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Local Social Marketing LLC is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, advertising platforms, or software tools. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

Limitation of Liability

Local Social Marketing LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, delays, technical issues, or third-party platform changes. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Confidentiality

Both Local Social Marketing LLC and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship, unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing Law

These Service Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by Local Social Marketing LLC shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
